MOLDS


We build molds from small to medium.

  • Molds are manufactured from P-20 or hardened tool steel.  We have the capacity to build molds that can produce 100 up to 50,000,000 pieces!
  • Service includes:
    • Mold Design (basic layout to full details)
    • Mold Fabrication
    • Sampling - if required
    • Delivery

We also have low production manufacturing capabilities:

  • CNC EDM
  • CNC Milling
  • Form Grinding

ENGINEERING

At Detail Tool & Engineering, our mold designs are built with the highest quality.  Manifold, unscrewing, undercuts, slides, and lifts....we have molds in service of all sizes and types.  We work directly with our customers to make the part moldable.  We ask the questions...you are always the boss.

The mold cavity and CNC machine are inseparable!  Did we forget moldmaker?  We are a European style shop.  Our people are cross-trained.  We run one shift and unattended 92 hours per week.

ESTIMATING AND SALES

Our estimates are based on years of mold building and molding experience.  We help you through the early stages and give a firm quote based on your needs.  Our best sales tool is the mold we just finished for you and the part you are holding in your hand.  The relationship has started.
